- How You Got Involved In Letterpress Printing
- As a kid I had a Swifset Rubber Stamp Press. Got the "bug" in 7th grade mandatory printing class where we learned the case and learned the basics.

- Various small presses plus a Vandercook Uinversal 1, a Heidelberg 10x15 windmill, a 7x11 Pearl. Seven operational typecasting machines in my shop including Composition Casters driven via computer interfaces.

- Worked in newspapers and for Associated Press for brief time. Owned a weekly in 1970s. Taught typography & advertising at WV university for 7 years. Own & operate commecial printing plant, Pioneer Press, for over 40 years.
