How You Got Involved In Letterpress Printing

My love of letterpress printing started my junior year at Herron School of Art. Our typography class spent a semester using the Vandercook in our typelab. There is just something wholesome about selecting type and setting it; the smell of ink in the air and the clicking of the mechanical parts of the press.

Fast forward in my life to 2011 and I finally own my very own press – a Golding Jobber #6. After a little TLC, rebuilt trucks and rollers and am once again surrounded by letterpress printing happiness.
