How You Got Involved In Letterpress Printing
<p style="text-align: justify;">Originally through Print "Shop" classes at Conestoga High School, Berwyn PA. Later, through hobby printing with Kelsey presses which expanded into a money making venture, and eventually lead to press "restoration" at local museums. Eventually, I set up my own Letterpress Shop at home.</p>
Presses & Equipment
<p style="text-align: justify;">C&amp;P New Series 8x12, C&amp;P New Series 10x15, Show Card proofer, Challenge paper cutter, Mac and PC based design station and standard drafting board &amp; Equipment, plus approx. 20 drawers of foundry type.</p>
Education & Training
<p style="text-align: justify;">High School trained by a Trade Industry teacher, worked in a commercial shop up until the Oil Embargo shut down the printing industry in Orlando, where I had to change careers.</p>
Work History
<p style="text-align: justify;">Worked at Robinson Press, Orlando, and BKM Press, where I was in charge of all Letterpress operations, along with offset pre press, photography and plating.</p>
Other Interests & Hobbies
<p style="text-align: justify;">I am a musician, a Radio Amateur (WD4NKA), a Historian, and a free lance writer for the electronics hobby industry.</p>
