Work History

My business partner Beverly Wolfe and I started out just wanting a little table top for the fun of it...long time lovers of typography and paper we went in search of....

What we found was an entire letterpress shop... C&P, Challenge Cutter, tons of type, 2 galley cases, a wonderful Hamilton imposing stone, 9 slug cutters, and boxes of tools. Naturally we bought it all. The owner had a horse trailer and we rented a truck - with 9 friends we moved it into a completely renovated garage. Our first job (with virtually NO experience) was three color wedding invite with a 3 color envelope - It literally took us 4 weeks to print it.
