- How You Got Involved In Letterpress Printing
-
Started working the week I graduated from high school (June 9, 1952 to be exact) at a new letterpress printed daily in my home town of West Lebanon, New Hampshire. Developed interest in hobby/commercial printing and acquired a Kelsey which I later traded for a brass armed Gordon. Did this for the four years I was in college (summers) and did not get serious about printing again until my wife and I bought the Silverton Standard and the Miner in 1976. Have been invloved in printing since then. Paper was sold in 1990.
